Wonderful World News - Day 87 - Meditation for Stressed Healthcare Workers

 It seems obvious that we experience what we are paying attention to, so if we want more life-enhancing experiences, we should direct more of our attention to more life-enhancing news, happenings, and stories.

Also, when we feel life-enhanced, we are radiating, broadcasting those "vibes" outward, and others are uplifted into resonance, to some degree. And the more of us radiating, the more others are uplifted. So joy is service!

Meditation has been scientifically shown to be a physiological and mental aid to the human anatomy.

 

Here's one program that is in place to help stressed healthcare workers in current times. Transcendental Meditation is very popular, and is not a cult.

 

"David Lynch Foundation. Their mission is to prevent and eradicate the epidemic of trauma and toxic stress among at-risk populations through promoting widespread implementation of the evidence-based Transcendental Meditation (TM) program. 

"The David Lynch Foundation has launched a national initiative called “Heal the Healers Now” dedicated to teach the life-transforming tool of Transcendental Meditation (TM) to highly stressed doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Participate for FREE in “Heal the Healers Now” webinars and receive updates about the progress of this national initiative to safeguard the lives of healthcare providers. Many healthcare professionals value and rely on their meditation practice, especially in turbulent and uncertain times like these."
